N.U.B.R LLC
Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 8, 2026
N.U.B.R LLC ("N.U.B.R", "we", "us") operates nubr.org and the FreightPulse product pages. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit or sign up, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect only what you give us plus standard website analytics, we use it to run the site and send you what you asked for, and we never sell it.
1. Information you give us
- Newsletter signup — your email address, submitted through a form on our site.
- FreightPulse early access / waitlist — the details you enter in the signup form, such as your name, email address, and business information you choose to share.
- Email contact — anything you include when you email us at admin@nubr.org.
2. Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical data when you visit — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring page, and timestamps. We use aggregated analytics based on this data to understand site traffic. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not build individual visitor profiles.
3. How we use your information
- To send you the newsletter or early-access updates you signed up for.
- To respond when you contact us.
- To operate, secure, and improve the site and our products.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it with third parties for their own marketing.
4. Service providers
We rely on a small number of third-party services to run the site, each of which processes limited data on our behalf:
- Netlify — website hosting, form handling, and site analytics (Netlify privacy policy).
- Beehiiv — newsletter delivery; newsletter signup emails are stored and processed there (Beehiiv privacy policy).
- Tally — the embedded early-access signup form on the FreightPulse page (Tally privacy policy).
- Google Fonts — font delivery; your browser requests font files from Google's servers, which involves your IP address (Google privacy policy).
5. Cookies
We don't set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Embedded third-party forms (such as Tally) may set functional cookies needed for the form to work.
6. Data retention
We keep newsletter and waitlist information for as long as you remain subscribed or until you ask us to delete it. Server logs and analytics are retained per our hosting provider's standard schedule.
7. Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe — every newsletter includes an unsubscribe option, or you can email us and we'll remove you.
- Access or deletion — email us to ask what information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or state privacy laws, and we'll honor valid requests.
8. Children
Our site and products are intended for business use and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
9. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we'll update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above.
